1、 Installation location

    1. The water distributor should be installed at the lowest point of the system pipeline for easy emptying and operation.
    2. The water distributor should be installed at a certain height from the ground to facilitate pipeline connection and maintenance operations.

    2、 Valve status

    1. The inlet and outlet valves of the water distributor should be in a closed state.

    2. The exhaust valve of the water distributor should be in an open state for easy exhaust.

    3、 Pipeline connection

    1. Connect the piping of the water distributor using hot melt or electric melt connections

    2. When connecting the pipeline, it should be ensured that the connection between the pipeline and the water distributor is well sealed and free of leakage. When connecting pipelines, it should be ensured that the pipeline layout is reasonable and does not affect the operation and maintenance of the water distributor

    4、 Pressure test

    1. After installation, a pressure test should be conducted on the water distributor to ensure its sealing and functionality.

    2. The pressure test should be conducted using the system working pressure, with a holding time of at least 10 minutes.

    3.During the pressure test, it should be checked that there is no leakage at the connections of the water distributor and that the valve opens and closes normally

    5、 Cleaning and disinfection

    1.After the installation of the water distributor is completed, it should be cleaned to remove impurities and pollutants inside.

    2. The disinfection of the water dispenser should use qualified disinfectants and operate according to the product instructions.

    3. After disinfection is completed, the water distributor should be rinsed to ensure that there is no residual disinfectant affecting the system operation.

    6、 Visual inspection

    1. Check the appearance of the water distributor, and there should be no damage, deformation, or rust.

    2. Check the valves and accessories of the water distributor, which should be intact and securely fastened.

    3. For stainless steel water separators, stainless steel cleaning agents should be used to maintain their bright and clean appearance.

    7、 Functional testing

    1. The opening and closing operation of each valve of the water distributor should be flexible and free from jamming.

    2. The air release operation of the water separator should be carried out without any residual gas affecting the normal operation of the system.

    3. Before operating the heating system, a comprehensive inspection and debugging of the water distributor should be carried out to ensure its normal operation.

    8、 Installation documentation

    1. After installation is completed, a complete installation document should be prepared, including installation position, valve status, pipeline connection, pressure test, cleaning and disinfection, appearance inspection, functional testing, etc.

    2. The installation documents should be properly saved for future maintenance and management.
